Founded in 1981, Paris College of Art (PCA) is a private university in Paris, France. The university is a US degree granting institution of higher learning and is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). PCAs mission is to provide the highest standard of art and design education, taught within an American pedagogical paradigm, while being influenced and informed by our French and European environment. Our international faculty is comprised of 100 leaders in the art, design, and business industries in Europe and courses are taught in English. PCA offers an interdisciplinary education for students coming from 50 different countries, and awards Bachelors (BFA), and Masters (MA and MFA) degrees as well as study abroad, certificate, and summer programs. Recruitment

- Using your creativity and experience, lead and deliver pre-admission and conversion strategies, policies and initiatives to optimise student recruitment and meet application and enrollment targets – in a new post-Covid digital environment.

In coordination with the Admissions team, develop recruitment outreach plan, participate in recruitment online recruitment events and eventually in-person events. Coordinate school-wide participation oordinate school-wide participation in events, both online and in-person for potential applicants, to promote the school

- Maintain PCA’s relationships with high schools internationally, and consider efficient and cost-effective strategies to develop these further.

- Collaborate with the Director of Admissions and Communications Coordinator to refine and execute enrollment marketing efforts through various channels, and improve utilization of  Slate, to impact enrollment growth.

Admissions

- Assist the Director of Admissions in preparing and maintaining admissions procedures and processes.

- Counsel & advise prospective students

- Utilizing a highly outcome focused approach, ensure that our prospective students receive the highest levels of customer care.

- Demonstrate a flexible attitude to support the University in meeting existing and future needs.

- Maintain links with other departments within the school, to ensure all stakeholders are kept aware of important changes within the Admissions department.

- Performs information sessions and interviews on-campus and off-campus and serves as resource for campus visitors on a regular basis.

- Participate in admission and financial assistance decisions meetings.

 Partnerships

- Lead on the development and implementation of processes and systems that ensure income generating academic partnerships are effectively managed to maximise growth in student numbers and income.

Qualifications

 

- Skill and sensitivity to issues of diversity, equity and inclusion as they affect the college admissions process; a demonstrated commitment to building a strong and diverse applicant pool.

- Familiarity with education systems worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Asia, Europe, Central and South America.

- Excellent communication and writing skills – including public speaking ability required

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required, including work with diverse people and dynamic situations

- Attention to detail required

- Knowledge of web-based communication tools, including Slate

- Computer skills – proficiency with Microsoft applications required; HTML, familiarity with Web software a plus

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree required plus 2-5 years related work experience
