Founded in 1981, Paris College of Art (PCA) is a private university in Paris, France. The university is a US degree granting institution of higher learning and is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). PCA’s mission is to provide the highest standard of art and design education, taught within an American pedagogical paradigm, while being influenced and informed by our French and European environment. Our international faculty is comprised of 100 leaders in the art, design, and business industries in Europe and courses are taught in English. PCA offers an interdisciplinary education for students coming from 50 different countries, and awards Bachelor’s (BFA), and Master’s (MA and MFA) degrees as well as study abroad, certificate, and summer programs. Position Overview
The successful candidate will assist the Director of Communications of Paris College of Art.
General Responsibilities
Direct mail :
· Write monthly Newsletter
· Audience nurturing emails
· Write content and collect visuals
· Review analytics and refine strategy
News & Calendar items on website :
· Write and post news and calendar items on website
· Repost (FB, IG, etc.) and integrate into newsletters
· Review analytics and refine content
Social Media :
· Create IG/FB posts 3 times per week and stories as frequently as possible
· Post news items to FB as created
· Define style for visuals, text, and hashtags.
· Create & curate posts and stories using student & faculty work and partner programs exclusively
· Develop Tiktok (not currently implemented)
Advertising :
· Define ad content and timing of campaigns for FB/IG and Google
· Create ad content in collaboration with student workers (graphics, images, video and copy)
· Oversee Go-green in posting content, reviewing analytics and refining campaigns
· Manage Keystone content, update site, make sure leads get to Slate.
Photo & Video Content :
· Work with student workerss to create photo and video
· Collect documentation of art work and student life
PCA Website management :
· Review and update content annually
· Review content for SEO
· Update department pages text and images annually
Print projects :
· Project manage design and printing of brochures
· Create posters for events and important information
Liaise with other programs and departments, such as program chairs, Student Life, the President’s office and the Dean of Graduate Studies for additional comms needs
Skills :
Desired skills:
Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft office suite, G-suite, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Hootsuite (or similar), Social Media platforms, Slate a plus
Qualifications
· Skill and sensitivity to issues of diversity, equity and inclusion
· Familiarity with education systems worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Asia, Europe, Central and South America.
· Excellent communication and writing skills in English– including public speaking ability required. A good level of French (spoken) is a plus
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required, including work with diverse people and dynamic situations
· Attention to detail required
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree required plus 2-5 years related work experience

Start date : ASAP
Salary : 2500€ bruts /month
