Etudiants asiatiques: Atelier novembre 2017

”D’un continent à l’autre : étudiants asiatiques, programmes américains, société française”

Le vendredi 10 novembre 2017

CEA Paris, 6 rue de Braque, 75003 Paris

An increasing number of students of Asian origin are studying at American colleges and universities. The cultural differences between their countries of origin and the US have a profound impact on their academic experience and cultural adaptation. These students are also studying abroad in France in greater numbers. How can we understand their experiences and adapt our resources to their needs? Olivier Techer will present the approach of a French institution, and Lei Ping will present the approach of an American institution. A student panel will help us understand how these two realms overlap when students of Asian origin come abroad on American programs.
