Responsibilities :

Housing & Program Coordination

  • Coordinate student housing with accommodation providers
  • Assign students to different housing types based on their housing selections
  • Manage student check-in and check-out procedures
  • Communicate with housing providers regarding any issues that may arise
  • Follow up on housing-related incidents with accommodation providers
  • Participate in the recruitment and support of host families

Student Support & Logistics

  • Greet students upon arrival at Paris airports and coordinate housing transfers
  • Maintain regular office hours at the WorldStrides Paris office to provide student consultations
  • Assist with logistical coordination, including group transportation and cultural activities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for students regarding housing-related questions or concerns
  • Assist students in troubleshooting housing issues as they arise
  • Support student arrivals and housing orientation
  • Assist students with day-to-day needs, including medical appointments or emergency support.
  • On call rotation between staff after hours and weekends in case of emergencies.

Skills :

Skills and Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in France
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with students, particularly international students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in the housing or accommodation provider field is a plus

Qualifications :

  • Authorization to work in France
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and social media
  •

Week ends sometimes , after hours and on call duties are expected
