Responsibilities :
IES Nice is seeking a qualified instructor to teach the course Dangerous Liaisons: Cities and Water in the Mediterranean during the spring semester.
The course is taught in English and meets once a week (2.5 hours per week for 15 weeks, totaling 37.5 teaching hours).

IES Nice est à la recherche d'un.e enseignant.e qualifié.e pour enseigner le cours Dangerous Liaisons : Cities and Water in the Mediterranean au semestre du printemps.

Skills :
The candidate must specialize in environmental studies and have teaching experience. The candidate should have post-secondary teaching experience and will be required to follow the course syllabus and proposed assessment formats.
Experience with North American students is preferred.
La.le candidat.e doit être spécialisé.e dans les études environnementales et avoir une expérience dans l’enseignement. La.le candidat.e devrait avoir une expérience en enseignement post-secondaire, et devra suivre le syllabus du cours, et les formats d’évaluations proposés.
Une expérience avec un public nord-américain est préférée.
Qualifications :
PhD in Environmental Studies or related field preferred.

Skills :
· Capacity for engaged teaching
· Familiarity with North American education, learning objectives, skill development and assessment is highly desirable.
· Capacity to work in a multi-cultural environment is a strong plus.
· European Union citizenship or the legal right to work in France is necessary
